Trent Cole
Trent Cole is a host of National TV Outdoor show, Blitz TV and an active 12yr veteran of the National Football League where he currently lines up at outside linebacker for the Indianapolis Colts. Drafted in the 5th round, he spent the first 10 years of his career as a Philadelphia Eagle and is second in all-time sacks for the Eagles residing only behind the great Reggie White. In March of 2015, Trent moved to Indianapolis to continue his solid career bringing his veteran skills and perspective to the Indianapolis Colts. Born and raised in Southern Ohio, Trent is a 2-time Pro bowler known as a run stopper and a relentless pass rusher, posing a big problem for offensive linemen and the quarterbacks they protect. When he is not playing on the football field, he can be found in his other field of passion…sharing and enjoying the great outdoors. He is an accomplished hunter who enjoys pursuing small game, predators and mature big game animals as much as he does quarterbacks. With limited time to hunt due to the rigorous demands of his NFL schedule, he firmly believes his success in the during the hunting season can be directly attributed to the extra hard work and time he spends during the days, weeks and months leading up to it, and it always pays off in the end. He firmly believes that his favorite saying, “What you get out of your work is directly proportional to what you put into it”, not only applies to his life on the field as a professional athlete, but that it also applies to success in the woods. He is often asked how he finds time to for the outdoors with such a hectic schedule to which he replies, “Hunting truly is isn’t just a passion for me, it’s a way of life and what drives me.”
