As a 4th generation Montanan, I’ve always had a love for the outdoors. I grew up on a horse ranch in central Montana and it was here that my moral and value systems were shaped. I began hunting at a very young age, going out with my parents on hunts. They gave their time to teach me the ethics of hunting, and I’ve been able to pass this on to my 2 sons, Bryce and Cameron. I’ve been lucky enough to hunt with them for over 15 years, for deer, elk, antelope, bear, bighorn sheep, Shiras moose, mountain goat and even plains game in Africa. Watching them grow not only as hunters, but young men, has been very rewarding to me. I’ve been fortunate to witness how many positive aspects there are to hunting, and I’m excited to bring these stories to light through Giving Back. I’m honored to share this journey with my wife Joey, and excited to reach as many people as we can with our message.
