Smoky Mountain Outdoorsman is a multi-species fishing show that is filmed all across the United States. “Our Mission” is to bring the finest family based programming available to outdoor enthusiast of all ages and genders thru highlighting regional and national locations, featuring top professional anglers, guides and celebrities as well as showcasing the best angling tips and information and inspirational stories. Host and Executive Producer, Tony Sellars has assembled a great cast of Co Host- Skylar Hamilton, Justin Crisp, J.R. Adkins, Joe Lee and segment host Chris Wells, BassMaster Elite Chaplain.
Smoky Mountain Outdoor Team
The Co Host of SMO come from diverse backgrounds. They have all tournament fished at one time and most have guided. Skylar Hamilton was at one time an FLW Junior Pro and now as an adult fishes the BASS Elites & this year’s BassMasters Classic. Justin Crisp, son of former Pro Angler/ lure designer Jimmy Crisp is also a tournament angler. Fishing all his life, Justin adds much experience to the show. Joe Lee is an avid tournament fisherman and guide. Joe has fished many large trails over the years including the BASS Opens. He’s the son of longtime East Tennessee fisherman Sonny Lee. J.R. Adkins is a tournament angler and owns Spartan Guide Service. He’s known as a river smallmouth specialists. Segment host Chris Wells is Chaplain for the BassMaster Elites. BASS Chaplain Chris Wells offers words of wisdom while on the road.
Tony Sellars is the Host & Executive Producer. He learned to fish at an early age heading to the lakes and streams of East Tennessee with his grandfather Rev. Calvin Helton. Tony still lives in Morristown, TN in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains with Sharon, his wife of 33 yrs. They have two grown children. He is also an ordained minister.
